Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

1. Cancelling Your Booking

To cancel a booked event, notify us in writing at thesangeetlady@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are effective on the date we receive your written notice.

2. Cancellation Timeline

• 60+ days before the event: Deposit forfeited; no additional cancellation fee.
• 30–59 days before the event: Deposit forfeited; 50% of the total contract price due as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before the event: Deposit forfeited; full contract price remains due, as the date could no longer be rebooked.

3. Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to move your event date, contact us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date at no extra fee, subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.

4. No-Shows

If a scheduled consultation call or meeting is missed without prior notice, we may require rescheduling and reserve the right to treat repeated no-shows as reason to decline the booking.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed booking in cases of unsafe conditions, non-payment, or breach of contract terms by the client, in which case our standard cancellation and refund terms apply.
